Formerly 'Restormel Housing Trust', Ocean Housing Ltd is a Homefinder Direct partner with over 3200 properties throughout Newquay, St Austell and the 'Clay' districts of mid-Cornwall.

North Cornwall DC deliver a comprehensive housing service covering everything from homeless people to managing the council's housing stock and helping develop more affordable homes in North Cornwall.

They manage over 3,500 council homes which include flats, houses and sheltered accommodation.

Penwith Housing Association provide affordable rented housing for people in housing need, mainly in the West Cornwall district of Penwith but are increasingly expanding into other areas of Cornwall.

The Guinness Trust Group has been providing good quality, affordable homes for over 100 years. Currently the Group provides accommodation for more than 60,000 people in over 25,000 homes across the country. It is one of the largest housing associations in England with fixed assets of over £1bn and a turnover in excess of £90m.

The Council retains responsibility for aspects of the Housing Service. These are: the Housing Register, homelessness presentations, Housing Advice Service, private sector housing, improvement and renovation grants and the Housing Strategy

Westcountry Housing Association provides, manages and maintains a wide range of good quality, affordable accommodation and housing related services for people in the greatest need.

We are a truly local organisation (established in 1965) and deal in a hands-on way with local housing issues providing more than 4,500 homes in the region. We offer a variety of housing including affordable rented accommodation, low cost home ownership properties, sheltered and supported housing; as well as advice and support services.

West Devon Homes started trading in February 1999 following the transfer of the ownership and management of the Council's former housing stock.

The Company is a Registered Social Landlord, a Registered Charity and the largest landlord in the district with 1500 homes in management. The transfer has enabled the Company, in partnership with the Borough Council, to generate significant extra investment to fund a programme of 'catch up' repair and improvements, and to create new housing for those in need.
