A Council within the Homefinder Direct area has accepted a full homeless duty to you under Part V11 of the Housing Act 1996, (as amended by the Homelessness Act 2002).
 		 You've been given a combination of a medium priority by the medical assessment panel AND a medium disrepair priority by an environmental health officer

 
Your family needs at least 2 more bedrooms than it has now You're already a tenant living within the project area, but don't use one or more bedrooms of your present home

 
You're being harassed in your present home within the Homefinder area, and can give evidence of this from the Police, a housing officer, or someone else who is professionally involved

 

 You've been given a high priority by the medical assessment panel
You live in private rented accommodation that has been declared as being in a 'high' state of disrepair by an environmental health officer or other expert

 

 You require two or more bedrooms and live in a bedsit, but share kitchen and bathroom facilities with people who are not members of your family
